Program or Curriculum Modifications

Parents/guardians have the right to request program or curriculum modifications.  Requests should be directed to the Director of Teaching and Learning in writing.  The request shall be brought forward to the school board for review at the next meeting per posting requirements.  The Board will consider all fiscal and statute allowed provisions and will communicate its decision in writing to the requesting parent/guardian within 90 days of the request.  If the parent/guardian disagrees with the decision, they have the right to request that the school board review and reconsider an initial decision.  This request must be made in writing within 30 days of the decision.  For inquiries regarding programming and/or curriculum or to make a request for modifications, contact:
